Margaret married John Casper Holloway about who was also born in Kentucky but migrated to Missouri with his father's family. (John's father, George Washington Holloway was a blacksmith and a farmer. His mother's name was Elvira Hinton). John Casper and Margaret had four daughters, and possibly another child: Ida Bell Holloway, Mayme Holloway Todd Day, Lillie Jane Holloway Wilson, and Myrtle Josephine Holloway Bush. Margaret died in childbirth on 14 Oct 1875, however, the baby might have survived.
John moved his family back to the farming area near New Hampton, Harrison County, Missouri to be near other relatives, as his eldest daughter was only 11 1/2 years old. John died at the home of his brother Thomas Guy Holloway almost four years later.
A great-granddaughter Karen Ashton stated that Margret, John and their daughter Ida are buried in the Foster cemetery near New Hampton, along with other Holloway relatives.
