Patricia A. Chermak, age 84, of Manitowoc, died Sunday morning, July 17, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on February 21, 1932 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late George and Celia (Rank) Mayerl. On June 28, 1952 she married Michael Chermak in Manitowoc. Pat loved her family, friends, reading books, Heart-A-Rama and the Michigan Avenue Men's Club and Aux.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years: Michael Chermak, Manitowoc; her children: Anne Chermak, Madison, Peter and Mary (Hansen) Chermak, Madison, Elizabeth and Tom Tearpock, Manitowoc; two grandchildren: John Tearpock, Manitowoc and Emily Chermak, Madison.
Cremation has occurred at All Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and per her request a private gathering will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Pat's name to the Manitowoc Public Library or Wisconsin Heart Association.
