William "Bill" Louis Dillard Jr., age 80 of Luxora, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at his home.

Born to William Louis and Birdie Estelle Permenter Dillard in Luxora, Arkansas, he was a retired Supervisor of the Delta Asphalt Plant and a member of the Luxora First Baptist Church. Bill loved fishing, primarily Bass fishing but like everyone in the area he did his fair share of crappie fishing. He also loved hunting, especially Deer Hunting. Most important in his life was his family and friends and he loved to spend as much time with them as possible. Bill was an outgoing individual who cherished his friendships and was a devoted father and grandfather and was loved by everyone.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Elizabeth Smithson.

Bill is survived by his three daughters, Lisa Brown of Duncanville, Texas, Donna Dillard of Red Oak, Texas, Robin Stanford of Duncanville, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Wayne T. and Susan Dillard of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Shirley Clark of Southaven, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 12th at 2:30 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cody Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
