Karen accepted Jesus as her Savior when she was in her twenties and had a close personal relationship with Him for the rest of her life. She enjoyed sharing the Gospel with everyone she met. Karen lived out her calling by working as a care giver for the sick and elderly.
Many things brought her happiness, such as her passion for art, teaching Sunday school for over twenty years, and surrounding herself with family photos and her treasured keepsakes. However, nothing brought her more joy than being a mother and raising her four children.
