"Frankie" was born on August 27, 1961 and was the youngest son of the late Frank Accardi, Sr. and Patricia (Burke) Accardi. He was born and raised on Wissahickon Avenue and was a proud member of Club 9. Frank learned everything he knew about the family vending business from his father. He was mechanically skilled and could fix just about anything: juke boxes, pool tables, you name it. He loved fishing, listening to the Grateful Dead, watching the Philadelphia Flyers, playing cards, and making the best beef jerky of all time. Everyone that knew Frank has at least one funny story about him because he loved to make people laugh. He always said that if he would "bust your chops" that meant he really liked you. Frank found the most joy in life by spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his daughters; Nicole, Angela, and Palma Accardi, grandchildren; Layla, Joey, and Daniel, siblings; Francine Accardi Peri, Palma Ryckebusch, and Vincent "Jimmy" Accardi, and his many nieces and nephews. He will live in our hearts and memories forever.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Humane Society of Atlantic County. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 18th, from 9-10am at Holy Trinity Parish: St. James Church, Ventnor, followed by Mass at 10am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
