Barbara Lois Mapes, age 90 of Sanford, passed away on January 12, 2022. She was born on November 10, 1931 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late Andrew and Thelma (Leahy) Anthony. Barbara is survived by her four children.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur D. Mapes; son, Michael R. Mapes; brother, Charles N. Anthony; and sister, Patricia J. Alexander.
