FAYETTEVILLE - Robert Lewis Haddock, 61, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. He was born Feb. 28, 1948, in Lee County to the late John Lewis Haddock and Lillian Marks Godek. He is also preceded in death by his stepfather, Frank Godek; and granddaughter, Emily Elizabeth Haddock.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He also was a retired manager with Black and Decker with more than 32 years of service. He is survived by his wife; a daughter; a son; a sister; and two grandchildren
He will be laid to rest in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Services entrusted to Rogers and Breece Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
