Jeanne Elizabeth Bliven, 96, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at the Washington Center.
This beautiful lady's angels came to take her home. Jeanne was the third child of seven, born to Percy and Blanche (Jacobs) Haskins in their home in Wilmington, VT on August 25, 1925.
She grew up and had five daughters, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She loved her family and time they spent together.
She lived many years in North Pownal, VT and loved the outdoors, walking in the woods whenever she could. Jeanne played the organ in her church for many years and enjoyed her friends in her senior group.
She spent her last years living with her youngest daughter in Malta, NY. Jeanne liked watching the horses run and play. She really loved working in the yard and being outside.
She is survived by three daughters of North Carolina, of Milton, VT and of Malta, NY.
All of her siblings, Phillip, Barbara, Anne, Judy, Bill and Marion are together with her now in heaven, along with two daughters, Linda and Elizabeth. Her husband, Merrill died in 1996.
