PAUL EUGENE BRYSON, 81, retired commercial builder, passed away December 27, 2007, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Mr. Bryson, a lifelong Memphian, was a member of Berclair Church of Christ and a WWII Navy veteran. He is survived by his wife, Frances Carson Bryson, and children, Janet Bryson James (Rodney) and Kathy Bryson Mazzanti (Paul) and Gene Bryson (Peggy). He also leaves his sisters, Audrey Bryson Bowers (Marshall), Martha Bryson Helm (Bill); and brother, Thomas Earl Bryson (Mary); grandchildren, Timothy Paul Bryson, Carrie Leigh Nidiffer and Ross Tyler James and great-grandchildren, Garrett Paul Bryson and Kaylee Grace Nidiffer. He was preceded in death by brothers, William Edward Bryson, Jr., James Lemuel Bryson and Charles Benjamin Bryson. Services will be today, December 29, at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
