Harriett Eleanor Schneider, 94, of Pekin, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Reflections Memory Care in Pekin.
She was born January 11, 1928 in Peoria to Edward and Augusta (Burkhardt) Arnold, she married Eugene Schneider on January 23, 1949 in Peoria. He died August 30, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Surviving are her three sons, Tom (Debbie) Schneider of Pekin, Randall Schneider of Spanaway, Washington and Kenneth (Judy) Schneider of Vacaville, California.
Harriett was a homemaker. Harriett enjoyed many hobbies such as ceramics, cross-stitching and crafting. She also loved gardening and she learned sign language. She volunteered at Proctor Hospital for many years. Harriett adored her animals, especially cats.
