He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Larry and Deborah Baker of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Jody and Christopher and several great-grandchildren.
He was a retired City Engineer and Director of Public Works for the City of Huntington, a member of Steel Memorial United Methodist Church in Barboursville, W.Va. and a U.S. Army WWII. Veteran.
