Tamula "Tammy" Jean Rhoades Adams of North Wilkesboro, died unexpectedly at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.
She was born July 18, 1963 in Wilkes County to Lloyd Gwyn and Charlotte Foster Rhoades.
In addition to her mother, Tammy was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Absher; second husband, George Adams, Jr.; and Johnny Bowers.
She is survived by her father, Lloyd Gwyn "L.G." Rhoades of North Wilkesboro; daughter, Chrissy Moretz and spouse Avery of North Wilkesboro; son, Robbie Absher and spouse Summer of North Wilkesboro; sister, Debbie Harrold and Bennie of Hays; brothers, Tim Rhoades and spouse Molly, Beech Mountain, Phillip Rhoades and spouse Marcie of Wilkesboro; and 8 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 4, 2022 at Miller Funeral Chapel.
