Mrs. Bertha Maybel Thomas, 77, of 331 N. 12th St. died at 8:07 a.m. yesterday at St. John's hospital following a long illness. She was a member of Third Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Thomas is survived by three sons, Melvin, Milton and George; six daughters, Mrs. Mabel Tinsley, Mrs. Frances Tozier, Mrs. Lavina Phoeniz, and Mrs. Evalee Zola, Mrs. Bertha Losey and Miss Florence Thomas; three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Waymire and Mrs. Regina Brook both of Decatur, and Mrs. Florence Tompson, San Bernardine Calif; 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Services at the Ellinger and Kunz Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
