Rose, age 104, passed away on February 1, 2022, at her home in Wadena, MN, with family by her side, and care provided by Knute Nelson Hospice.

Rose was born to Andrew and Lois (Tatro) Stevens on September 1, 1917, in Piedmont, SD, where she lived for four years. The family moved to south Menahga, MN. After the death of her father, the family moved to Wadena where Rose attended high school. Rose lived in Wadena until she married Clarence Busker on February 24, 1937. They farmed in Compton Township until his death on December 27, 1979.

Rose worked at Shady Lane Nursing Home for 13 years, five years in the activity department and 8 years as a nurse's aide before becoming a helper to the sandwich makers at Subway (3 years). Rose loved and enjoyed her family, at any time and at all times. She often took care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and helped raise her nephew with the passing of her sister at an early age.

Rose also loved her church. In younger years, she was active in Christian Mothers, Ladies Aid, and Circle 10. She remained faithful and shared her love of the Lord by always being willing to share her gifts and talents with others. She enjoyed reading, sewing, crocheting, quilting and raising African violets. Most of all, she loved her family and all who came to visit.

Preceding Rose in death were her parents, Andrew and Lois; husband, Clarence; daughter, Clara "DeeDee" and her husband, Ronald Reed; infant son, Andrew, grandson Wendell; granddaughter, Teri Reed; great-great granddaughter, McKenzee Barth; and siblings, Ellwood, Jack, Albert, Caroline and Annie.

Left to mourn are her nephew, Darcy Brauch; grandchildren, Corey (Krista) Reed, Carmen (Troy) Barth, Wanda (Dan) Dwyer, and Jaime (Steve) Malone; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Devyn, Ashlee, Jonathen, Anna, AJ, Danah, James, Cody, Emma, Coleen, Mitchel and Cole; great-great-grandchildren, Clara, Daxson and Zoey; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Aj Albaaj, Troy Barth, and Darcy Brauch.

Serving as pallbearers will be Corey Reed, Jonathen Barth, Marty Zacharias, Jordan Reed, Devyn Reed and Steve Malone.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Wadena, MN.

Memorials may be directed to St. Ann's Catholic Church.
