Robert W. Abbott, 86, of Bearden, Arkansas, passed away on February 15, 2022.
He was born on October 2, 1935 in Sparkman, Arkansas.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Abbott and Bertie Points-Abbott; and one sister, Betty Carol Stine.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bettye Brazeale-Abbott of Bearden; two daughters, Shelia Pennington (Mike) of Bearden and Cissy Cox (Mike) of Camden; five grandchildren: Brad Pennington (Laura) of Holly Springs, Todd Pennington of Holly Springs, Tyler Cox (Heather) of Monticello, Robby Cox (Hayley) of Benton, and Brandon McAdoo (Bre) of Hot Springs; his great-grandchildren: Tristen, Harper, Averie, Mollie, Will, Lucy, Rowyn, Bryleigh, and Barrett; one sister, Billie Burrs of Crossett; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The graveside services will be held at Chapel Hill Cemetery near Sparkman with Rev. David Dillard and Rob Cox officiating.
