Charlotte 'Jo' Cline, age 82, passed away on Feb. 7, 2022, of respiratory failure after a long and courageous battle with Wagner's disease. Jo was born on Oct. 18, 1939 in Bozeman Montana, to Lola Mae Rafferty-Boyts (Nickelson) and Elbert Eugene Boyts.

Jo grew up in Bozeman, graduated from Bozeman HS, and worked at A& W before meeting her lifelong love in Bozeman, Thomas W. Cline, of Cameron Missouri and they were married on June 24,1959. Tom and Jo had three children, Shannon S. (Cline) Schilling and Kevin R. Cline born in Bozeman, and their third child, Travis T. Cline was born after Tom and Jo moved to Spokane where they bought their dream home in 1968 and lived there for over 50 years until their passing.

Not a day went by that Jo wasn't involved in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren's lives, she loved them all, they all loved her and will miss her dearly.

Jo is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Cline, her parents Lola Nickelson and Gene Boyts, and a half-sister from Billings Mt., Wanda Dee Boyts Van Antwerp.

Jo is survived by her three children, Shannon, Kevin, and Travis. Six grandchildren, Adam Owen of Townsend Mt, Shane Cork of Spokane, Jessica Schilling of Spokane, Chelsea Potter (Schilling) of Airway Heights, Marina Cline of Spokane, and Cody Sleep of Spokane. Six great-grandchildren, Tanner, Robbie, Kaylee, Benjamin, Brena, and Eva, and a sister, Jeane Didriksen of Helena, MT.

A memorial service is planned for March 9, 2022, at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 21702 West Española Road, Medical Lake, WA at 2:30 pm.
