Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Stephen's church with burial in St. Stephen's cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday at Solon funeral home. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
He was born December 5, 1904 in Streator, a son of George and Ann (Bellis) Kozak. He was married in St. Stephen's Church January 19, 1929 to Mae Loftus.
Surviving along with his wife are three children: Donald of Decatur, Dale of Streator, and Nancy (Thomas) Melody of Streator; two brothers: Andrew of Arcadia, California and Thomas of Streator; four sisters: Mary (John) Gaydos of Streator, Julia (John) Seaman of Streator, Ann (Virgil) Klein of Streator and Lucille (George) Baldwin of Streator.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
He had retired from Thatcher Glass Manufacturing Company after working there 45 years.
