One of eleven children of Ralleigh and Della Bowman Toler, Betty was born in Beattyville, Kentucky on May 9, 1938.
For many years, Betty was employed at the former Philco-Ford in Connersville.
Survivors include five children, Deb (Bill) Sebring, Byron (Tammie) Payton, Jane Osborne, Joe (Cheryl) Payton, Ronda Bouiler; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Carlos (Elaine) Toler and Adrian (Marylin) Toler; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers; and two sisters.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Pastor John Reynolds will officiate. Burial will follow in Dale Cemetery.
