Edward Leroy Loudabarger Jr., 91, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at his home.

Edward Leroy Loudabarger Jr. was born May 17, 1930 in Altoona, Kansas the son of Edward Leroy Loudabarger Sr. and Lavinna (Gentry) Loudabarger. He graduated from Altoona High School.

After high school he served his country with the United States Army attaining the rank of Corporal. He received the Purple Heart and Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star.

On June 8, 1957 in Miami, Oklahoma he was united in marriage to Allene Kellogg and she preceded him in death March 26, 2014.

Leroy was a self-employed businessman in Cherryvale owner of Leroy's TV for many years.

He enjoyed working in the yard, trains, repairing tv's and visiting with friends at the café.

He is survived by his sister, Carmen (Milton) Wise of Haysville, Kansas and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Private inurnment will take place later at Highland Park Cemetery in Pittsburg, Kansas.
