Judith Hilda Carel, 3 1/2, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Carel, Chamois, died Sunday at St. Mary's Hospital where she was taken after swallowing some medicine not prescribed for her.
She was born Dec. 13, 1958 in Jefferson City.
In addition to her parents, survivors include: three brothers, Dennis, 9, Ronald, 7, James, 5; a sister, Cynthia, 9 months; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Carel, St. Martin's; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Graessle, Freeburg; a great-grandmother, Mrs. Anna Graessle, Jefferson City.
Services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Martin's Catholic Church with the Very Rev. Msgr. Gerard Poelker officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
