Enrique Enriquez de Quiñones [d.1504] son of Fadrique Enríquez de Mendoza,1II Lord of Medina de Rioseco, son of Alfonso Enríquez de Castilla, Admiral of Castile ( grandson of King Alfonso XI of Castile. [FAG 95228071 ]), and Juana de Mendoza. His mother was Teresa Fernández de Quiñones, daughter of Diego Fernández de Quiñones, lord of the House of Luna and merino mayor of Asturias and León, and María Álvarez de Toledo.
María de Luna and Ayala [d.1530] daughter of Pedro de Luna y Manuel, I Lord of Fuentidueña, son of the famous Álvaro de Luna, Constable of Castile, and his wife Elvira de Ayala y Herrera, daughter of Pedro García de Herrera y Rojas, Lord of Ampudia, and María de Ayala y Sarmiento, Lady of Ayala

*Juan de Borja y Enriquez , the 3rd Duke of Gandía; married to Juana, daughter of Alonso de Aragón, Archbishop of Zaragoza, who, in turn, was the illegitimate son of King Ferdinand II of Aragon [FAG 3974]. Their sons chose the Church:
Saint Francis Borgia. 4th Duke of Borgia married a Portuguese noblewoman, Leonor de Castro Mello y Meneses (died 1546). In 1551 he renouced the World & became a Jesuit. [FAG 237228903]
Tomás de Borja y Castro, also became a clergyman, becoming the Bishop of Málaga, and later the Archbishop of Zaragoza.
*Francisca de Jesus Borja, who became a nun at a convent in Valladolid.
*Isabel de Borja y Enriquez, was born after her father was killed. She grew up to be abbess of Santa Clara in Gandia.
María Enríquez left the government of the duchy in 1511 and entered the convent of Santa Clara de Gandía with the name of Sister Gabriela. She became abbess of the convent in 1530 and died nine years later.
