Joseph Blackwell Bond, 88, of Somerville, Tenn., retired 30-year Ford Motor Co. dealer, died Saturday at Methodist Hospital of Somerville. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Peebles Fayette Funeral Home in Somerville with burial in Somerville City Cemetery. He was a member of Somerville First United Methodist Church for more than 50 years and a Navy veteran. Bond, the husband of Gwendolyn Ellis Bond, also leaves local survivors that include two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bond Cleaves and Mrs. Mazie Bond Kreuter, both of Memphis, and two grandchildren.
