REDLANDS- Hazel Marie Lockhart. 84. a two-year resident, formerly of Michigan, died Jan. 22, 1987. She was postmaster at Angelus Oaks for 17 years. After retirement in 1973, she lived in Yucaipa and Pomona before moving to Redlands. She was a member of Mountain Home Village Community Church. She also belonged to Zonta International; AARP Chapter 227, Pomona; and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees, Chapter 96. Survivors include her sister, Gladys I. Stiff of Fort Myers. Fla.; nephews, Robert Stiff of Tallahassee. Fla., and Charles Lockhart of Hemet: niece, Nancy Peize of North Ridgeville. Ohio; and cousin, Vera Truckey of Laguna Hills. Services will be at Mountain Home Village Community Church at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Committal will be at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Flint, Mich. Memorial contributions may be mailed to Emerson Village, 755 N. Palomares St., Pomona 91767; Plymouth Village, 900 Salem Drive, Redlands 92373; or Rainbow Acres, (a ranch for mentally retarded adults) P.O. Box 1325., Camp Verde, AZ 66322. The church is reached by following Highway 38 through Redlands and turning north at the Mountain Home Village sign on Mountain Home Creek Road.
