Mrs. Springstube died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1993, at her home. The cause of death is under investigation by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
She was born Feb. 15, 1948, at Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Enos L. and Jo Nelle Maret Williams.
Mrs. Springstube was a member of A.B.A.T.E. of Kansas and a former member of the First Assembly of God Church, Kansas City, Kan.
A Lawrence resident since 1981, she was a food service supervisor at a Hardee's restaurant on the Kansas Turnpike.
She married John W. Springstube on Oct. 29, 1973, at Miami, Okla. He survives.
Other survivors include her parents, of Prairie Village; a daughter, Melissa L. Broers, Lawrence; three sons, John Spooner, Lawrence, Jeramy Spooner, Oskaloosa, and John Springstube, Lee's Summit, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
