Bailey picked her Dad more than 17 years ago, when he was just a pup himself. She moved to Texas with him and took excellent care of him. Our daughter was lucky enough to be her Mom for the last 4.5 years. In a way, she picked her, too. Her sweet face was one of the reasons she swiped right! She would follow her around. She would eagerly run out to her car in the morning, knowing she would treat her to a Puppuccino on the way home. She also took on Bean boy as her little brother. She was the 'muscle' to his 'mouth'. She loved and protected him to no end.
Bailey loved laying in the sunshine, standing just out of Dad's arm's reach and demanding to be pet, covering the living room in her toys, and barking at any animal who dared appear on the TV screen.
She was the absolute toughest and the absolute sweetest, super smart and super ditzy.
There will never be another girl like her.
