BROWNSVILLE, TX. – Enedina C. Aguilar, 87, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt entered into the glory of her eternal life on Monday, the 7th of March 2022 at Brownsville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Brownsville.

Born in Santa Maria, Texas on January 27, 1935, she had been a resident of Brownsville for a number of years. She was always dedicated to her family whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Aguilar; her parents, Esteban and Genoveva Sanchez Cadena; and by her brothers Esteban Cadena, Jr. (Petra +), Arturo Cadena, and Chavelo Cadena (Delia).

Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of her are her children Jeannie Martinez (Raul Jr.), David Aguilar, and Delia Aguilar; her grandchildren, David Aguilar Jr. and Sarah Christine Dierlam; and one great-grandson, Ian Edward Aguilar. She will also be missed by numerous extended family members.

The Mass of Christian will be celebrated at ten o'clock in the morning on Saturday, the 12th of March 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 555 W. St. Francis Street, Brownsville. The family will then gather for a private committal service.
