Kenneth "Spike" Wiggins was born in Medulla on January 29, 1936 to Ernest R. & Lucille (Mims) Wiggins. He has lived in Lakeland all his life. He was a Senior Chief Petty Officer United States Navy Retired. After retiring, he and his wife owned and operated Wiggins Tire Supply. He was of the Primitive Baptist Faith and attended Hebron Primitive Baptist Church.
