Earl was a proud member of the Choctaw tribe and a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served two years during the Vietnam era. He and Sandra Hull were married June 25, 1966 in Holdenville.
Earl attended Central State University for three years, and then went to work with the State of Oklahoma Employment Commission. He also worked for the U.S. Postal System. He and Sandra eventually settled in Ada and have lived here for 43 years. During this time, he was a realtor.
But the thing he loved doing most however, was ranching on the family home place, east of Holdenville, where he piddled with cattle. He was a staunch fan of the OU Sooners and would rather play a game of dominos than eat! He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at 12 years of age, and was a faithful a member of First Baptist Church, Ada, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra, his son, Robert and one granddaughter, sisters, Ruby McCoy and Donna Kay Stafford, of Holdenville, a brother, Roy Lee Ingram (Teresa) of Ponca City, many other relatives and friends
Earl is preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Gavin, 19 months, and Ryan, 20 months; sister, Lois McCain; and brother, Jack Ingram, and an infant brother.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the First Baptist Church, 521 S. Bdwy. Ada. Bros. Brad Graves and Harold Ware will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Holdenville, Oklahoma.
