Mary was the daughter of John & Margaret (Knoph) Couse. She was born in Sussex County, New Jersey and died in Knox County, Ohio. She married Daniel Struble and together they had 6 children: Margaret, Peter, Henry, Richard, Susannah, & John.
Peter, Henry, and Susannah (Dalrymple) remained in New Jersey and the boys are buried in the Frankford Plains Cemetery in Sussex County and Susannah is in the Branchville Cemetery in the same county. Mary's husband, Daniel, died on September 8, 1929 and is also buried in the Frankford Plains Cemetery. At some point after Daniel died, Mary joined three of her children, Margaret (Merrin), Richard, & John, in the state of Ohio. Margaret and John are buried in the Forest Cemetery and Richard in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Morrow County.
