Andrew Keith Johnson, 38, of Frenchburg, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022. He was born August 15, 1983, in Lexington, Kentucky, the son of Jeffrey Keith Johnson of Frenchburg, Kentucky, and Deborah Dobbs (Louis) Riggs of Powell, Tennessee.
Andrew was passionate about riding his Harley Davidson, kayaking on Cave Run Lake, breaking horses, and spending time with his family, friends, and his beloved dog Jake. With a deep love for the ocean, he had a lifelong desire to live on the Outer Banks.
Andrew was a self-employed construction worker and tree trimmer.
Andrew is survived by his parents, grandmother Charlotte Stiltner of Frenchburg, Kentucky, sister Sarah (Clayton) Gibson, nephews Kevin and Joshua Gibson, niece Sarah Gibson of Somerset, Kentucky, son Joshua Dale Johnson of Ezel, Kentucky, aunts Robin Stiltner and Karen Stiltner of Frenchburg, Kentucky, Rhonda Stiltner (Jonathan) Morphew of Winchester, Kentucky, uncle Butch Dobbs of Jenkins, Kentucky and a host of cousins, family and friends.
Andrew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Shelby Johnson, Bill and Laverne Dobbs and Bill Stiltner, his uncle Jo Jo Johnson, and his cousin Derick Dobbs.
Funeral services will be held at Taul Funeral Home, Frenchburg, Kentucky, on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, with Pastor Alan Ratliff officiating. Visitation will be at 12-2 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. Burial to follow at the Agee Cemetery, in Wellington, Kentucky.
