In county Court-Manitowoc County. In Probate.
In the matter of the estate of August and Caroline Schultz, deceased, intestate.
On reading and filing the petition of Emelia Giese of Manitowoc city, in said county, representing among other things that August and Coroline (sic) Schultz, inhabitants of said county, on the 30th day of January, A.D. 1904 and January 21st A.D. 1895 respectively, died intestate both at Cooperstown, leaving estate to be administered and that said petitioner is a daughter of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estates be to Frank F. Giese granted. It is ordered, that said petition be heard at a special term of said County court to be held on Tuesday, the 12th day of April A.D. 1904, at 10 o'clock A.M., at the office of the County Judge, in the city of Manitowoc, in said county.
Ordered further, that notice of the time and place so appointed, be given to all persons interested, by publication hereof for three weeks successively, prior to said day of hearing in the Manitowoc Post, a weekly newspaper published at Manitowoc city in said county.
