Edna Mae Keller Moore, age 91, resident of Montgomery, Alabama and former resident of Smiths Station, Alabama, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 7, 2022.

Funeral services are scheduled at the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 3738 US Hwy 431N, Phenix City, Alabama on Thursday, April 14, 2022, 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Moore, daughter of the late Sumter Floyd Keller and Allie Mae Brown Keller, was born June 19, 1930 in Coosa County, Alabama.

She was a lifetime member of First Assembly of God Church, Phenix City. Mrs. Moore was retired from the United State Postal Service where she faithfully served residents of Lee County for over 20 years at both the Smiths Station and Opelika branches. She enjoyed assisting her husband cutting hair at his Barber Shop (Omar's Barber Shop), traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Mrs. Moore enjoyed being a wife and mother and preparing meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and family events. One particular thing she was known for was her famous Red Velvet Cake. . Mrs. Moore would often spend her Friday evening having meals with close friends. The family remembers her as a classy lady, a Godly woman, and one who loved her Lord and Savior, her family, and anyone she met.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Omar J. Moore; one brother, Floyd Keller; three sisters, Nell Gowan, Verlia Jean Thomason, and Betty jo Colbert.

She is survived by two daughters, Dot Mims and Don of Wetumpka, and Gail Walker and Steve of Preston, Georgia; two sisters, Jewel Massey of Phenix City and Frances McDurmont and Wayne of Smiths, Alabama.
