Virginia (Ginny) Dionne passed away December 7 at Coastal Manor nursing home in Yarmouth after a long illness. She was born in Quincy, Mass., May 16, 1937, the eldest of two children born to Jack and Marie (Bailey) Ainsleigh.

Ginny graduated Bridgewater Teacher's College in 1959. There she met her husband, Henry (Bob). The couple wed senior year, on April 19, and spent 55 happy years together. She was a loving mother to sons Ronald and Robert, and grandma to Ronald's children Max, Kathleen, and William.

Ginny had insatiable and passionate curiosity about many things -- antiques, African violets, wildlife conservation, Catholic charities, and the efficacy of 12-step programs.

She was an active member of the All Saints parish, St. John the Baptist Church and a member of the Daughters of Isabella.

She is pre-deceased by her parents and her son Robert.
Ginny leaves behind her loving husband Bob, sister Marjorie Brown, and son Ronald and family.
