McGINNESS--William Thomas McGinness, 85, 1416 Ida Avenue, died in a local hospital Sunday night. Mr. McGinness was a retired real estate dealer. he came to Kansas in 1884 from Ohio. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Cherryvale, the Ohio Society and the Sedgwick County Pioneer Society. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Caroline Jones, Cherryvale, Kans.; one son, Charles S. McGinness, Cherryvale, Kas.; one sister, Lizzie Taylor, Zanesville, Ohio. Downing Mortuary is in charge. Funeral services will be conducted from the West Side Nazarene Church at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. S. C. Landsdowne and the Rev. R. C. Gray officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
