Adah Lucille Wade, 88, of Russellville, died Friday, December 28, 2007, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center.

She was born February 19, 1919, at Mentor, Ohio to Claire Augustus and Rose Lackey. She was a homemaker and a member of The Church of God at Russellville. She enjoyed embroidery, reading, word search puzzles, and singing. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Wade; two brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Lois Inez and Jack Goins of Olathe, Kansas and Jo Ann and Walter Blaylock of Dover; nine grandchildren, Terry W., Timothy M., Michael G., and Jason S. Blaylock, Lora M. Pierce, Coreena D. Smith, Linda L. Geary, Brenda S. Haney, and Robert I. Goins; and 17 great grandchildren.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at The Church of God at Russellville with the Rev. Willard Wantulok and the Rev. Mark Branscum officiating. Burial will be in the Fort Smith National Cemetery by Shinn Funeral Service.

Active pallbearers will be Tim, Michael, Jason, and Terry Blaylock, Robert Goins, David Pierce, and Charles Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Branscum, Sean and Stephen Wantulok, and Bea J. Reeves.

Visitation will be from 5 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
