Ronald is survived by wife of 52 years, Sylvia B Cullum Carmer of Fort Wayne, a son, Jerry Eugene Carmen and wife Mary Ann of Shreveport. Also, a brother David D wife Patricia Ann of Bermuda Dunes CA.
