Wanda L. Pannell, age 91, formerly of Straley Avenue, Princeton, WV, passed away Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 at Mercer Nursing Home in Bluefield, WV. Wanda was a graduate of Athens High School, Athens, WV. Wanda was an employee of Maidenform in Princeton, WV for over 40 years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, John, and Maude Pannell; brothers Kenneth and Robert Pannell; sisters Eva Tickle, Edith Tyree, Lucille Alvis, Lena Nelson-Dillon, and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate Wanda's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Deacon Steve Ellison officiating. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Garden in Bluewell. The family would like to express our thanks for condolences received from friends and for the wonderful help and care given by the nurses and staff at Mercer Nursing Home in Bluefield, WV.
