10th Pole Baronet of Shute House. Son of Sir William Pole (de la Pole), 9th Baronet and his wife Lady Margaret Victoriosa (Talbot) Pole. When he inherited the baronetcy upon the death of his father in 1895, he resumed the use of their original name of de la Pole. He was married twice but had no children:
1) Mary Ann Margaret Sands, married 1877.
2) Elizabeth Marion Rhodes Sideup, married 1884.
