Gene was born on December 14, 1952, in Lexington, the son of George Jesse and RoseMary (McCrindle) White.
Survivors include: brother, William Robert White of Ravenden, AR; two sisters, Mary Edna (James) Clark of Aurora, CO, and Connie Templeton of Oak Grove; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, George Jesse White, Jr., and sister, Georgia Elizabeth Thomas.
Gene was reared and educated in the area of his birth and graduated from the Richmond High School. He spent most of his years working in construction or construction related jobs. Gene was an electrician and a jack-of-all trades. He worked in California for a while, where he received his training as an electrician and spent the last 20 years in Henrietta. Gene served in the Missouri National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, bowhunting, gardening, and cooking.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Eugene Allen "Gene" White Memorial Fund. They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street-P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.
Visitation with memorial service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond, with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M., with services to follow at 2:00 P.M.
