Obituary

Betty L. Absher, 97, passed away peacefully at home May 7, 2022. She was born in Red Rock, MT, on Sept. 8, 1924, to George Edward who died in 1944 and Ada Elizabeth (Ward) Butts.

She graduated from Sumner High School.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, James, and son, James "Bobby"1'1'.

She is survived by her daughters Karen Gudgeon, Susan Armenta, and Kathy Robinson. She also has numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to give special thanks to her wonderful caregivers.

Graveside services will be held at Sumner Cemetery on May 25th at 10am with a reception to follow at St. Andrews Catholic Church Hall.
