She is survived by her husband, Duane Shay, her son, David (Angie) Fowler, six grandchildren, two step-sons, Kevin Shay and Scott (Susie) Shay, one step-granddaughter, three step-grandchildren and numerous relatives in Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her parents and eleven brothers and sisters.
