Mrs. Goldsmith died Monday afternoon after a lingering illness of pulmonary tuberculosis. Her death occurred at four o'clock. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment was in Pine Cress cemetery.
With Mrs. Goldsmith at her bedside at the time of her death were brother Mr. W.D. Garrett of Sweetwater, and her niece, Mrs. Lizzie Smith of Mobile.
Three daughters and a son are left to mourn her death besides a brother and other relatives.
