Michael was born on May 18, 1975 in Arlington, Texas to Jimmy Dale Burney and Dena Barrington Burney. On January 18, 2003, he married Kristyne Luster Burney in Alvarado, Texas.
Michael loved everything outdoors. He was an avid deer and bow hunter. He enjoyed fishing, paintballing, four wheeling/MEGA RUN, archery and taking the RV on camping trips with his family and friends. He was also known for being an awesome pit master. He was an amazing husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and a great friend. His caring smile and loving spirit will be deeply missed.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Dale Burney and Dena Barrington Burney.
