BRYANT, SARA, my wife, my best friend, the love of my life, went to heaven on Wednesday January 2, 2008. She was 65.

She was the mother of two sons, Eric and Greg and the grandmother of Olivia Ann. and Thomas Edward.

Sara was born November 24, 1942 to Robert and Helen Baucum in Jackson, MS.

After WWII they relocated to Laurel, MS where Sara attended elementary, Jr. High, and graduated from George S. Gardner High School in 1960.

After graduation she was employed by the Jones County Community Hospital as the secretary to the Administrator. In 1963 she became the bride of Ed Bryant her High School sweetheart. She continued to work while Ed attended Jones County Junior College and the University of Southern Mississippi. Ed also worked several jobs to earn funds for school.

After graduation from U.S.M., Ed accepted a job with United Parcel Service in 1966 in Milwaukee, WI. Ed was transferred to Orlando, Fl. and the family moved to the Winter Park area when son Eric was 4. Son Greg was born in August 1967 shortly after the family relocated.

Sara was a homemaker who loved caring for her family and, friends, gardening and feeding any and all wildlife outside of the home.

She is survived by her husband, Ed; sons, Eric and Greg; daughter, in law Sandy; granddaughter, Olivia; grandson, Thomas Edward; sister, Dale Dillingham, brother in law, Ret. Col. William Dillingham; first cousin, Judith Taylor.
