Starrville - Graveside services for Joseph Samuel Andrews, 81, Starrville, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday in Starrville Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Ford officiating with arrangements under direction of Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home in Lindale.
Mr. Andrews died Wednesday in a Tyler hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was born February 11, 1911, in Hardin County, and formerly of Beaumont before moving to the Tyler area 16 years ago. He was a carpenter and a Baptist.
Survivors include a nephew, A. E. Callenius, Houston; two nieces, Mildred Manuel, Starrville, and Mary Jane Mahan, Virginia; and several great-nieces and nephews.
