Donna L. Clancey Reese, 88, of Factoryville, died Sunday at her home. Her husband, Reese Reese died Aug. 9, 2002.

Born in Scranton on Aug. 20, 1933, the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel Brown Ellis. Donna belonged to Our Lady of the Abingtons Church, Dalton, and Factoryville Ladies Auxiliary. She worked for 30 years at Bendix Corp. in South Montrose. When Donna was younger, she enjoyed being an active leader in the Cub Scouts and Girls Scouts. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, camping and bonfires.

Surviving are three sons, Michael Clancey and his wife, Melisa, Limerick; M. Patrick Clancey, Henryville; and Steven T. Clancey, Factoryville; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Marge Martin; two brothers, Eugene and Donald Ellis; and grandson, Chris Clancey, who died Jan. 3, 2010.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Abingtons Church, Dalton, with the Rev. Arbogaste Satoun presiding.

Friends may pay their respects Wednesday, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes Inc., 33 Reynolds St., Factoryville. Interment, Evergreen-Woodlawn Cemetery, Factoryville.
