Mr. Joseph B. Barlow, Jr., age 72 of Tyler, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at The Waterton Inn Assisted Living of Tyler. Joseph was born in Beaumont on March 24, 1947 to the late Joseph B. Sr., and Clara F. Geldard Barlow. Joseph graduated from Southpark High School in Beaumont and then served in the United States Marine Corps. He was retired from a career in automotive sales, and a member of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and was a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Judy Barlow in 2016; three brothers, Fredrick, Richard, and James Barlow.

He is survived by his sons, Joseph B. Barlow, III and wife Patrice of Round Rock, Jerry Fagan and wife Misty of Whitehouse; daughters, Susan Aday of Lufkin, Sharon Holmes and husband Mark of Apopka, FL., Shelley Cruz of Chandler; sisters, Elma Rose Jones of Beaumont, Martha Jo Simoneaux of Groves; fifteen grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
