On May 27, 2022, Mom left this world to be with her Lord and Savior. Donna Rose (Oller) McAlpine Willis was born in Fairfax, Oklahoma on March 29, 1931, on the back porch to Willard Louis Oller and Ruby Philomena (DeNoya) Oller during a late March snowstorm. She graduated from Holy Family Catholic High School in Tulsa in 1948. She was quite a character in high school, driving her yellow Ford convertible as fast as she could thru the streets of Tulsa with her friends in tow. She attended Stephens College in Columbia, MO and Oklahoma State University earning a BA in Marketing/Public Relations in 1952. In 1950, she married Johnnie Edward McAlpine making their home in many different towns from Washington DC, Ft. Worth, Enid and Stillwater while Johnnie was in the Air Force, before settling in Tulsa. While in Tulsa, Donna had several careers including being an independent oil operator with her husband, senior administrative assistant at Fenix and Scisson, Inc. working on nuclear designs for the Atomic Energy Commission and homemaker.

In 1971, Donna married Everett Willis and they moved to Oklahoma City where she continued her professional career at Davila Engineering and in 1978 she formed Willis Exploration where she again became an independent oil and gas operator drilling wells in Canadian and Oklahoma County. Her final career was her hobby as a breeder of World Champion Reigning paint horses before retirement. Donna loved her horses as a throwback to her childhood years riding horseback and herding cattle with her Dad on the ranch. She also loved Oklahoma State football, as well as traveling the world with her youngest daughter, Jonna. She was a member of the Osage Nation, an active member and supporter of the Roman Catholic Church while living at home until her death.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Johnnie Louis McAlpine (Spouse-Cindy), Jennifer Lynn Stevenson, Jacqueline Leigh McAlpine, her angel, Jaime Lyle McAlpine (Spouse-Cheryl) and Jonna Lori Maroney (Spouse-Brad); 8 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Mom will be missed by many friends made over her 91 years from high school, college, working years and last years of her life including Deb her nurse. In lieu of flowers, please make donations on her behalf to Special Olympics and the Catholic Charities. Donna Rose was a "firecracker" from the first snowstorm until her last breath.

The Rosary will be prayed at 4:30pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel in Bethany, OK followed by a memorial visitation on Monday, June 6 from 5-7pm. Mass will be held and final internment at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel in Oklahoma City on NW Expressway near Council on June 7 at 10am.
