Ella Weber, 90, moved to Schenectady in 1922. She was a 1916 graduate of Cortland Normal School and taught in the Camillus, Utica and Rochester area schools until 1921.

She was a member and deaconess of Emmanuel Baptist Church, the Mohawk Golf Club and Monday Garden Club among other places...

Her husband Richard E. Weber Sr. died in 1979 and they are survived by a son Richard E. Weber Jr. of Middle Grove; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Thompson of South Salem and Susan Weber of Alexaandria, VA; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
