Lori Ann Pyle, 38, Ottawa, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008.

She was born March 10, 1969, at Ottawa to Bill L. and Elaine (Colvin) Pyle.

She grew up in the Ottawa area. She also lived in Iola and Fort Scott. She moved back to Ottawa in 2002.

She graduated from Ottawa High School in 1987. She attended Allen County Community College, Iola.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. She enjoyed card games, photography, traveling and attending football and basketball games. She was a dedicated and avid fan of Kansas University, Ottawa University and the Kansas City Chiefs.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Ottawa.

She worked as a freelance computer consultant for local and area physicians.

Survivors include a daughter, Brandi Niemeyer, El Dorado; sons, Keith Niemeyer and Timothy Pyle, both of Ottawa; her father, Bill L. Pyle, Ottawa; a sister, Julie Samuels, and her husband, Dale, Girard; her grandparents, Floyd and Wilma Wright, Ottawa; aunts and uncles, Shirley and Wayne Coyer, and Theresa and William Colvin, all of Texas, and Ethel and Mike Crowley, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Virgil and Rowena Pyle and Virgil Colvin; and her mother, Elaine Pyle, on May 15, 2006.
